Precision Imprinting: Featuring a practical wooden wedge handle that allows for easy placement and removal. Simply insert the stamp when the Jesmonite is almost set, and remove it once hardened to reveal a sharp, defined impression.
Optimal Timing for Perfect Results: The best time to apply the stamp is when the outside of your Jesmonite mix has set but the centre remains slightly liquid—typically around the 11-minute mark. However, factors such as temperature and mould size influence this, so close observation and timing adjustments are crucial. Remove the stamp by peeling the rubber back after about 5 minutes.
You know your products, moulds and your Jesmonite mix best so it might take a few attempts before you get the correct stamp impression on your creations.
Trial and Adapt: To achieve the best results, we recommend experimenting with the stamp on a few test pieces. This practice helps you determine the optimal time for application and removal, ensuring that each final piece is flawless.

Size Recommendations for Text Designs: For designs that include text, we suggest opting for dimensions of either 50mm x 10mm or 60mm x 30mm. Smaller sizes will be too delicate to pick up the detail required.
Tiny text will not turn out well when stamped in Jesmonite, please refer to the last image for reference.
