Accepted File Types: Vector files are preferred to ensure best quality (EPS, AI, SVG, PDF) Other supported file types: JPG, TIF, BMP, PNG, CDR, GIF, PSD.

Not Accepted File Types: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Rather convert these to a PDF by clicking on File > Export > Export as PDF.

Resolution: 300–600 dpi for best quality

Text & Fonts: Vector files (EPS, AI, SVG): Convert fonts to paths. PDFs: Ensure fonts are embedded.

Embosser Designs: Keep at least 10mm spacing between double borders to avoid paper damage.
