Customer Service
Most Items ordered before 11am are dispatched the very same day, this excludes however bespoke embossers, gits and XXL Stamps, which can take 2-3 days to manufacture. We eager to offer the best service possible and sometimes delaying orders to make sure they are 100% right is essential to making sure we keep our customers happy. As most of our items are bespoke and made just for you it is essential you get what you expect.
All order below £25.00 incur a small postage charge of £2.99 and all orders above this are free. If you require next day delivery please note that this only applies if you order before 11AM and the item is not a custom embosser, gift or XXL Stamp. We cannot offer a refund of postage if you order an item after 11am and select next day delivery. When possible and is deemed a genuine mistake has been made we would offer a store credit for the value of postage instead and your item will be sent by 1st class post the very next day or if you still wish your item to be be sent by next day delivery the following day no credit will be applied.
Lost or delayed post
We make every effort to make sure your item is properly labeled and packaged. We also have an accurate post code finder facility on our website that verifies addresses supplied.. Should you not receive your item within 5 days please let us know , so we help you trace your item. In most cases we find especially when delivering to offices that someone has accepted the post but not past it on. So please check with staff members.
In the event that more than 14 days have passed and no item has been received, we can look into remaking goods. However circumstances of the lost post will be looked into first before making a decision.
Privacy & Security
We use SSL (Secure sockets layer - ) for both our customer logging section and payment basket. No card details are ever passed onto us for us to retain and payment by debit/credit card are processed via worldpay secure checkout.
Your account section makes it easier to re order, update your details and your information is never passed onto anyone apart from from the couriers and 3rd party suppliers.
Ordering
The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be updated on our website.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, please select the cheque option so we can confirm delivery prices and emend our invoice to include postage outside the UK.
If you wish to pay by Cheque please select the cheque option and send a cheque to us at the address stated on the checkout. We will not dispatch any goods until we have received and processed the payment.
If you wish to send us a Purchase Order our acceptance of your order is conditional on our acceptance. Payment is strictly within 30 days from the date of the purchase order. We reserve the right to refuse purchase orders and ask for appropriate references if required. Payments
Payments can be made by card, PayPal or Cheque. Card payments are made by using our high security payment system through Worldpay.
You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Goods. you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility
Payment Pricing & promotions.
We reserve the right to reduce or increase our prices at anytime, should the item you have purchased has been reduced 7 days after you purchasing it , we will be more than happy to offer a store credit for the value of the difference. This does not include vouchers and seasonal discounts however.
