By Using our online stamp designer or sending us an email of your artwork you warrant that you have appropriate intellectual property rights and any other required permissions or licenses to use all content or data. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for all liability resulting from any breach of warranties. 

 Commercial Use/Resale of Items Incorporating Stamped Images (Angel Policy)

2. All images or artwork, or any element of such images or artwork provided by us, are protected by the laws of copyright and may not therefore be used or copied without our permission.

3. We give you permission to use our artwork if they are for personal non-commercial purposes. This permission does not extend to allow sale through commercial retail outlets, via the internet or via social media. Should you wish to use our artwork for commerical use we ask you to call us or email us first for permission. 

4. You may not use stamps incorporating our images/artwork in any process which involves graphic, digital, mechanical or electronic reproduction including photocopying.

5. You may not use stamps incorporating our images/artwork for business logos or clip art, should you need a custom logo for your business we offer a service where we can provide you a custom logo to use as you require. 

6.. You are not restricted by these terms or by our intellectual property rights in the use of custom stamps or embossers, which do not incorporate any of our images or artwork.

7. This does no apply to our clip art section within the online stamp designer tool only. We use open source publicly available clipart and you are not bound to the conditions above if you use any of our clipart within the clipart tool.
